About the product
Leek (Allium ampeloprasum L.) — a biennial plant species from Amaryllidaceae family (garlic sub-family). It originates from Asia Minor, it was grown for consumption purposes in ancient Egypt, Greece and Rome. It was brought to Poland in the Middle Ages. It is one of the national symbols of Wales.
